Child Psychology Sussex offers an assessment, therapy and advice service that is tailor-made to the needs of individual children, adolescents and their families and carers. Child Psychology Sussex is based in Lewes, near Brighton, and we may travel throughout the South East to deliver our services.
Dr Esmoreit Sleyster, Ph.D., Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, is the founder and main service provider at Child Psychology Sussex. Dr Sleyster works with Associates who offer a number of specialist therapeutic support services to children and families.
We work with parents, families and young people aged 0 to 20 years and also with parents during pregnancy. Dr Sleyster also has extensive experience working as a Consultant Psychologist with children looked after by the Local Authority. Child Psychology Sussex offers advice, assessments and therapies that are tailor-made to the needs of individual children, young people and their families and carers.
Many young people experience difficulties which impact negatively on their lives, and the best way to help is not always clear to the adults around them. If you want a better understanding of the troubles your child, or the child you care for is facing, or you are considering therapy for your child or support for your family, then Child Psychology Sussex may be able to help. We take referrals from parents and carers, GPs, school SENCos, Social Services, Clinical Psychologists, Independent Reviewing Officers, Lawyers and Solicitors. You can also contact us directly if you have any concerns about your child or a child you care for.
Please see the article written by Dr Esmoreit Sleyster in ABC Magazine Sussex (Winter Issue: Nov ’16 – March ’17) for further information about how a Child Psychologist may help you and your child, at:
